the other issue about the rev numbers is they are trailing and don't include the mmc numbers.

It's fun to slam the bulls now, but the numbers the bears use are twisted. Forward rev's are anticipated to be 575 million, which puts the revenue multiple at 25-30 not 75.
Not to mention amcc is at about 15x 2002 revenues.

I just heard on CNBC that Drew Peck lowered his rating of AMCC from Strong Buy to Buy, and that 1H 2001 will be weaker. His expectations are that 2H 2001 will resume growth.
