He didn't say that at all. He said CSCO is more diversified and doesn't have old voice infrastructure equipment to support. He saw the "slowdown" there coming some time ago (for NT and LU, which DO have that), but was surprised how quickly it came. "It's an IP world." Repeat. He was talking about circuit-switched voice equipment. No hint on earnings of course, but the tone was bullish.
