JLA characterized the RAND report as a "suspiciously timed hatchet job." In response I posted the RAND CEO's statement that the current paper was held to exactly the same standards of timeliness and accuracy as an earlier report deemed more favorable to the Texas results. The section I chose went directly to the charges laid by JLA.

In addition -- as a matter of intellectual honesty -- I posted a link to the statement which I knew also contained positive references to RAND's earlier report. You have now cited them.

So, coach, as a matter of intellectual honesty, is the RAND CEO to be taken at his word? You can't have it both ways.
