The recent Rand "issue paper" is little more than an Op Ed piece - it's not a full-blown report like the July report.

Global Warming estimates are from 2.7 to 11 degrees. Pretty wide range there, isn't it?

You've openly bashed the POA polls as GOP propaganda. Today they show Gore cutting Bush's lead in Florida down to 1 point.

No, LA has the worst. 5 components of smog and Houston was only higher in ozone and only for two days. Texas probably has more square miles of clean air than any state other than Alaska.
