Elmer,

Published daily (top 15 of all stocks positive and negative) in the WSJ. It's not generally a good predictor of stock price, but when it has been relentless, as it has been with Intel, you have to pay attention. Intel spent over a week in the top 3 stocks with negative money flow.

Nice to see Intel pop into the plus column, a lot of folks would say that we went from distribution to accumulation. I wouldn't go that far, yet. But on a relative basis, Intel is starting to perform better than it's peers. That's a good sign, IMHO. And if you were presumptuous enough to see Intel as a leading indicator, then maybe we are closer to a bottom than a top.
