Somebody dumped 15,000 at 4 15/16, that put dent in AEM, but think they sold wrong, what do I know. ready for Margin, I almost think I will start trading ABX, it's a no brainer on XAU. Here is to tomorrow, XAU did close over 42.78

The action in the Precious Metals complex is still inconclusive but nevertheless encouraging. The first good sign is that XAU gained again today while Gold lost some ground. Then we have some senior stocks like ABX and PDG that kept inching higher and they might be forming the first building blocs of somekind of rally. Will it be THE rally? I don't know. Let's take it one step at the time. For now, you want to see Gold moving to 272 to confirm a trend change. For the XAU, next resistance is at 44 and then 48. If the XAU moves back below 42 it would mean a little more weakness but it should be limited. The Canadian index shows the most compelling structure that we just terminated something and a rally is imminent, either a upward fourth wave rally or a major rally. I will show you the index this week-end. Silver has reached solid support and must turn around from here, if not it might fall hard.
