If your was truthful, it'd be easy for you to finally offer one word in specific defense of yourself. I cited your lie. You said, and I paraphrase accurately, that Terayon's products are based in S-CDMA technology alone. You compounded the matter by intimating that TERN would have to develop DOCSIS compliant products in the future due to your analysis of the standards situation in the U.S. However, TERN of course, already had such products. No one worth their salt respects a self-serving false report such as you've offered here. The truth here is black and white. It is not a matter of interpretation or opinion. Does Coke make cola products? Does Terayon make DOCSIS products?--Cut and dried, yes or no--Did they when you wrote your report? Yes they did. Did your report claiming otherwise therefore lie?
