Credit rating agency Standard & Poor's rates Amazon.com's convertible bonds ``CCC-plus.'' Another agency, Moody's Investors Service, rates
them ``Caa3,'' roughly two notches lower. Both grades are considered low junk grades.

The bond market is generally more efficient than the stock market. The stock market is a casino. BTW, $60 is possible with a reverse split.
