There might be a problem charging Intel a lesser rate and or differing rates on differing RAM...
While I own some Intel shares I'm very amused by the prospects of their Rambus ploy backfiring on them and the possibility of Rambus suing Intel.
Basically, lawsuits sicken me and the economy but it would be ironic that a sneaky little baby Gorilla could do what no other competitor could do, bring Intel to cry Uncle.
Many will say it served them right
Perhaps the tech sector will be a little more careful about letting Lawyers run their businesses.

As a matter of fact, Rambus would do well in the PR department if they went after Intel and lightened up on the DRAM and other chipset makers.
At lot of times it's just whos OX is getting gored that matters...
