Seriously, for PDA type devices with a index card size screen, I suspect demand won't need data speeds over 150kbs.
Color is key along with battery life. Main uses would be fast access to email and stock trading and real time quotes.

I use the sprint web service on my samsung 8500 (it has the most data on the screen that I know of for any phone except the giant LG phones. I have my calendar on it using outlook to my yahoo (through truesync). access to my yahooo on the phone is a nice convenience.

Screens load fairly fast, but nothing to brag about yet.

Look up stock quotes, sport scores, sometimes movie times, not much else.
