Wrong year...The Oakland wild card team that won the Super Bowl was in Super Bowl XV against my beloved Iggles 27-10 in New Orleans

Iggles were a 3 point favorite at kickoff

--That years team was in my opinion the best Skins team ever. Unfortunately they did not win it all.

oakland was better that year.

--I did not like the result but you have to give credit to the Oakland wild card team that made it to and won the Super Bowl.--

who won the afc west then? seattle got in as a wild card at 9-7. they'd won both against oakland in the regular season. i'm fairly certain oakland were divisional champs though. seattle lost to them something like 35-6 in the afc championship game... in oakland.
