I think you are safe. At 0.60(last ask) CMR is trading at a discount that makes it a steal. Average cost of equity for the 55M shares is 0.90/share. DWA report uses a 10$ cobalt price, and other discounts to arrive at their endpoints. For every 1$>10 cobalt, CMR's NPV increases by 0.25/share from the base value of 1.69! With the BINCO dividend distribution of 5 million shares due soon, we should see some movement in the share price. I think the average share cost of 0.90 will be the new floor.
