Vinik is a master manipulator from what I've read. All the big boyz are backing out while the getting is good. Soros, and a couple of other's have vamoosed.

I suspect it is more due to the hot breath of the SEC on his neck. A totally worthless adversary (SEC), but they have bunches of smart young pup lawyers trying to cut their teeth on the big one. -g- You never know.
