Md1, with analysts tripping all over themselves to lower their earnings' estimates, it's no wonder that this stock is heading down and staying there. Even the coming spin-off isn't going to be enough to raise this stock with this negative background. A similar thing happened with COMS. The stock rose after the spin-off of Palm was announced. Then everyone decided that PALM was going to be sent to the cleaners by HAND and SNE. At the same time, COMS core business was viewed as a pariah and the stock sunk. Recently, both stocks have come back in favor and anyone who purchased in anticipation of the spin-off did well.

CNXT will only start to do well if people give some respect to its operations. With the telecos and the telco suppliers in the tank, I don't think there's much chance of that over the near-term. Especially since tax loss selling could well carry right through year end.
