Dear Charles: Could be part of it. But, I also think it might have something to do with my latest thinking on strategy. Here is my thinking, I have some capital gains and I would like NOT to pay any taxes on them. I have some unbooked losses on stocks I believe are SOUND but down with the general market. Normally, I would hold them and wait till they go back up. However, if I can buy SUNW below 100 I feel it is such a potentially good investment that it is equal to the prospects on my current losers. Thus, I can sell the losers, put the proceeds in SUNW, take my losses to offset my gains. In short, I can HAVE MY CAKE AND EAT IT TOO. If you knew HOW MUCH I love cake, you could see how happy that makes me!! JDN
