Of course, the accompanying adrenaline rush would have been interesting, too...:-) I'm not sure "interesting" is the word I would use to describe it but it was definitely a rush! I must say, I had to reevaluate my "long term" holdings mid-morning and decided to dump my Ford at a very small loss in favor of some more GLW and MRVC. Given that I am a firm believer in the fiber optic revolution I decided the potential returns and risk - reward favored the fibers in the near term in spite of all the "negativity" in the press and message boards. Gotta buy when there's blood in the street and fear is highest to get the best prices. MRVC's companies are very involved in the Metro and Last Mile build outs which are definitely in their infancy (even though some would argue the long haul is maturing - I don't agree with that either). I am not advising anyone else to invest in these highly speculative and extremely risky issues, but it works for me! :+) Mike
