The 2.7% GDP annual growth rate corresponds NAZ 3000 and suggests:
1. FED will face pressure to cut rate.
2. If economy is to grow at a 3.5 - 4% annual rate that FED want, NAZ will be well above 3600. Therefore NAZ 3000 should be bottom unless economy further slow down, which nobody wants, and contradicts FED's goal.
