GX races at the speed of light! Winnick will get the best people he can. He will satisfy their needs (as they and he define them). Since they are among the best at what they do, they will succeed to a greater or lesser extent depending upon standards applied. GX will be raised by them - and Winnick will be at the top, IMHO. The marketeers (why do mousekateers come to mind?) are just to grease the skids. Does Winnick need the money - no. How about being recognized as the "International Communications Tycoon?" Wealth and international control! Personally, I would love it but I reached my level of incompetence long ago, fortunately for me it wasn't recognized ;^). Best regards, JimBo

Personally, I doubt such a scenario would ever happen. Asia GX was a special case because of the fact that GX did not have full ownership. Partnerships were made because of their strategic and political importance. This is not the case with the rest of GX, however. If the rest of the GX divisions were set up to be IPO'd without a provision to distribute shares to the current GX shareholders, I would look upon that as a savage blow to shareholders' interests. There is no reason for it except to line the pockets of the i-banks and the GX leadership. If this were to happen (and I really don't think it will), I would immediately sell my GX shares and find a new home for my money. Ali
