Mark: The persistently high prices in some sectors leaves plenty of room for money to leave those stocks. However, at this point I think there are some places to put money to work. We have been in an overall decline. Now I think we wil once again see churning averages and underlying rotations. IMO the semis are oversold and will rally, for example. We will see. Semis are cyclical -- lets ee how soft the landing is before judging the durability of this rally - it may be pretty durable for some companies. Good luck.

Mark: I think we will test 4000 in November. And I think some stocks will be up fifty percent from here by that time -- and here I mean some of the semis -- but there could be others.
