Well, that's about a stammering bunch of nonsense if I ever heard any. Let's see if I can understand your strange sense of reality here. This lock box appears to be a magical (in your mind) key, which prevents eeevil Republicans from giving the American people much needed tax relief. However, in your twisted view of reality. Giving a tax relief is the same as spending money?? Maybe you can also help me with this Gore concept flap. If a tax relief is 'spending money', how is it spent, if it never reaches the government to begin with? Unless of course you view all money as governments? Is that the mental model Gore supporters need to buy into in order to understand this 'lock box' concept flap? All money, in the United States earned by individuals or corporations large and small, is actually Al Gore's money to be spend as he sees fit? hmmm, now I am starting to understand how convoluted your view of reality needs to be in order to buy into the Gore message.
