How would ASYT buy PRIA? ASYT has a smaller market cap and I'm pretty sure they don't have $0.5 billion in cash.

Would you please explain exactly HOW they are going to do this? ASYT is in no position to do so. This is the type of unsubstantiated drivel common on Yahoo message boards. I think that is where you belong if you cannot even provide basic details behind your scheme.
