I Must Say Not Taking Things Home Overnight Has Taken A Lot of Stress Out Of Trading

When I went back over my trading records most of my losses were associated with holding things (shorts) over night, thinking the market had to go down, and then have it gap up in the morning. This then created the need to continue the to hold the position until the market went down, or it just began to use up too much of my trading capital.

The end of day ramp also contributed to this because I knew I could have closed the trade an hour earlier for a profit and would have to close at the end of day at a loss, because of the ramp. Since it was only a ramp, why not wait for the next day?

I still buy and hold OOTM poots, but those are investments/ <gg>
