VIX is somewhat on the cheap side. OEX actual volatility is up to 28 and still rising. May's peak volatility was over 32. The next drop in the market will probably start the actual volatility to start dropping since price fluctuation with respect to the October 12-18 lows will be about 21 days by election time.

I've been selling this bounce to the Clowns all morning long. Picked up a few calls to hedge my big dark side position. Not going to carry all this crap over the weekend. -ggg-

Saw Joey Bag-a-donuts on CNBS this morning and he declared new highs in the Spoo's and DOW by year end. Naz will be at 4300 and a new high early next year. I almost threw in the towel and just went "f*ck it I'm long".... LOL

I think the tech market, and to a lesser extent the S&P, is buiding the near-perfect doomsday formation. -ng I have never studied anything as nasty as what we are building right now.

This doomsday formation would be invalidated around COMPX 3500.

If someone can remind me later today I will post a chart of what I see.
