All they needed to do was ALLOW oil companies to drill for more oil as well as ALLOW refineries to be built instead they did their irrisponsible pactice of "land grabs" and backed Sierra Clubs policy not permitting new refineries.

You should really quit ranting over oil because you don't have a clue what you are talking about. Check out this book and find out what has happened to domestic oil producers over the last 100 years.
