Yes, but my stocks are actually higher than when I called the bottom. And I only called it once. Oh, and did I forget to mention that before I called $43 as the most likely bottom for AMAT I got out of it in high 70s while you continued not believe it could go any lower.

It is how much you make in the market that matters, not how cute you can sound on Internet.

Sue Billat downgraded VSEA today. I must have listened to the wrong Varian Semiconductor Equipment conference call, because I don't get it. I understand that analysts did not like the guidance for 30% sales growth over the next fiscal year, because it means approximately flat sales from this past quarter. But the company stated several times that they were trying to be conservative.

Billat upgraded the stock at a higher price in November '99 and now the company is expected to make $4 over the next year, so she downgrades.
