I would expect Lehman to come out and downgrade CSCO just before earnings.
They have had a pattern of doing this.
They downgraded INTC,TXN and many other just before their earnings.
They know the company is in its quite period and cannot respond to the downgrade. Investors have to wait until earnings to see whats up.
Of course a bear raid gets done on the stock and takes it down.

I know this sounds like a conspiracy theory but there is simply to much evidence that points to the fact that I am right.
