Ok Caxton, this may be what you are looking for:

bluetooth.ericsson.se

"Bluetooth wireless technology facilitates real-time voice and data transmissions, which makes it possible to connect any portable and stationary communication device as easily as switching on the lights. You can, for instance, surf the Internet and send e-mails on your portable PC or notebook regardless of whether you are wirelessly connected through a mobile phone or through a wire-bound connection (PSTN, ISDN, LAN, xDSL)."

When I did a little reaearch for this link I noticed that one term often used is that Bluetooth will offer a wireless high speed personal network - just like a wireless WAN, LAN. If the accesspoint is at home or at the office you can use it to eliminate cables from your lap top to a printer, a DSL modem or to a display. If you're on the road you use your cell phone. Mybe there will be public fixed access points e.g in an airport.

I noticed on the other thread that they wrote about this as being FUD from my side but it's far from it; I own QCOM and some small stakes in Bluetooth related companies. Bluetooth may be a flop? HDR may be very popular in PC's and PDA's. Who knows? Like I wrote before, I can't predict the future but I hope I will own part of it.
