The new header is good. I think the information on the first page should be updated too, referencing INSP, and the acquisition of GNET.

tax loss selling?
i am not a US citizen so please help me out here.
Is it a common practice to have this tax loss selling and how does one select which stock(s) to sell for this? what are the benefits of this tax loss selling and do investors usually buy back once the tax loss has been registered.

thanks to anyone who can help me understand the concept and the psychology (thinking) behind the strategies.
