So one rude, obnoxious jerk supports another.

Should we be surprised here?

"Anyone who has ever hired someone knows the only thing you go by is brains," Seinfeld told the newspaper.

Funny. But what did Seinfeld (who we know as a former comedian, but apparently for that interview was posing as a political analyst) say about Bush trouncing Gore in the debates, and doing so well in the polls? Does that mean he's also saying Americans don't have any brains? Isn't that just a little too elitist, for a comedian who depends upon a favorable public reaction to his own act?

What about Bush and Gore's comparable undergraduate records, and Gore's subsequently flunking out of divinity school (with five "F"'s) and dropping out of law school, while Bush went on to earn an MBA?

Hollywood is deeply entrenched in the anti-Bush smear campaign. And Hollywood owns large segments of the media, from whom we count on getting our news -- e.g. Disney/ABC, Viacom/CBS/Paramount. That scares me. Maybe if we elect Bush, large segments of Hollywood will leave the country. Are we supposed to take that as a threat, or just a temper tantrum <g>? If it makes them happy, well, great!
