If the govt. offers them to your competitors, you're a pretty big dope for not taking them yourself. Don't blame farmers for taking what is offered to them by the govt. Blame the govt.

BTW, most farmers are GOPwingers. Their voices are generally heard through GOPwinger Senators and Reps.
