TG,

I highly doubt that NT uses "cutting edge optics expertise" from an OUTSIDE contractor! If such a firm existed, they would be snapped up by
NT or LU in a hearbeat considering the lack of experience/talent in the hyper growth fibre optic field.

Maybe, maybe not. What if you want to have the advantage of being able to integrate and install a variety of products. Using your thinking all component vendors would be snapped up too.. but sometimes it doesn't make ecomonic or business sense. ;)

By the way, on what basis could an analyst downgrade CSCO? There has been no info as far as I know that would affect enterprise business
which is the heart of CSCO business. Maybe future guidance is the issue?

There is none. I look at it this way (if I were an analyst). CSCO is expensive.. what are the chances they can keep up with the growth. Everyone knows they are expensive so how many arrows am I gonna take for the downgrade... hey, even if I'm wrong it's a reasonable guess.. right? But if I'm right... hey!!!! I'm the king? So, there's little personal downside for making such a call but lots of upside potential.
