CCRT gives credit to people who can't get from
other sources.

My thinking is more people might need it, and they certainly will take longer to pay off their loans, bringing more $ to CCRT.
On the other hand, if a recession reduces spending
then there may not be as many loans or more loan may be defaulted. It would take some studying to determine what would happen.

I went with L2, Pru strong buy and that imo it was/still is oversold.
