Varian Semiconductor Equipment downgraded again as the despicable and costly Varian (VAR & VSEA), Susan B. Felch and George Zdasiuk SLAPP lawsuit nightmare will not go away! Everywhere the investor turns he or she read the headlines like: Susan B. Felch - yenta bitch; guilty of secretly helping to videotape innocent people using a Varian bathroom; GUILTY of doggedly harassing the more talented and productive Varian employee; GUILTY of alleging dangerous laboratory sabotage that some employees believe she might have done herself; GUILTY of telling lies even of lying to her momma, aka Mrs. Benjamin!
