BEAS versus ADBE in the $70-75 dollar category
Who needs to analyze why BEAS was downgraded? Maybe having a P/E of 330 had something to do with it? If you did not take advantage of that 'golden' opportunity to short today you just lost out. I am neither long nor short ADBE or BEAS but I'll get in either one long or short if the technical situation warrants. If BEAS recovers on Monday, we'll all be along for the ride, (though I doubt it will).

RMBS got knocked about today on high valuations, Is it too much to believe that finally someone realized BEAS was an overvalued blimp with a net earnings of a whopping -$21 million dollars. Or how about a one year net profit margin of -3.9%? According to value compared with its own sector,
BEAS is worth about $20 a share and ADBE is worth about $62.

(earnings, financials, growth rate and P/E)

BEAS
BEAS trades at a Premium PE Multiple of 330.1 X, vs. the 50.7 X average multiple at which the Software & Services SubIndustry is priced.

ROS (Return on Sales) : -(3.6%)
Divisional Margins : (0.5%)
Cash Flow Margins : -7.9%
R(Return on Assets) : (1.3%)
ROE (Return on Equity) : (3.7) (negative ROE, great value!)
P/E multiple of 330
BEA Systems one-year net profit margin: -3.9%

You want a good stock for the money? try ADBE
