Well it looks like some on the thread are becoming value investors. But it looks more to me like that's a label to cover up the fact that they are traders.

I'd like to see how successful these "traders" would be over a long term horizon. I haven't met someone who could play that over the long run.

Met a bunch with a lot of bravado but no follow through in the long run.

To each his own I guess.

On another subject with the big drop in GDP this morning looks like we could go to 0 growth next qtr. Especially if xmas is as slow as I expect. The fed could reinflate sooner than most people expect. JMHO!
