Hi LPS5. How are you doing? IMO its just Easy Leverage. I just think it will be too easy to force short term moves in stock prices and that single stock futures are a really bad thing. The guys that wrote the securities laws of 1933 and 1934 weren't dopes IMHO. Those laws are direct result of exactly the kind of shenanigans that was occurring during the 1920's and I just think its a bad thing to enable that kind of stuff ever again...with the exception of the downtick rule. I don't like that one.
