In the latest Money Magazine Nov 2000, there is a small article called fortune teller stating that the Dow Jones Industrial Average is an impressive forecaster of presidential elections.

In 21 of the 25 elections since the Dow’s creation, the incumbent or his party’s candidate won if the average rose between July 31 and Oct 31; the challenger won if it fell. This year’s magic number is Dow 10,522!!!

Stolen--Remember Rob's scan some months ago that gave us stocks with strong relative strength during the meltdown? They did pretty well afterward.
Using MSN Finder for stocks that have a 3 months relative strength > 90 and looking for known tech companies (manual scan) I get this:
