So you give the congress dates. What does that mean? And I admit three were some Dem congressmen going along with it. But it started as a Reagan plan, was signed and championed by RR + Co. and finally ended as a Bush plan. He had the cleaning up to do. And sweeping under the rug. Read his lips, he didn't enjoy that. The S+L debacle is not discussed much anymore. But people should remember. Because the same type gang of fast-moving Texas fat cats might just get into power again. Texas was the epicenter of the S+L debacle. Look! Free government money! Yahoo!
