Here is some commentary on that story

The TV video of a father and son caught in deadly crossfire in the Gaza Strip was shot by a local cameraman who witnessed the whole thing. So why is his eyewitness account of what happened in dispute?

Cobe, I think you're correct.

There is sufficient stupidity in this conflict to satisfy everyone's requirements.

If you put yourself in harm's way ~ ~ ~

<caught in the crossfire of clashes between Palestinians and Israeli security forces.>

or, whose bullets killed this child?

and, what difference does it make to the child?

If you throw stones, molotov cocktails, and other missiles at armed people long enough, someone will get hurt. It could be you, it could be them, it could be innocent bystanders.

Maybe they could each select 500 or so able-bodied willing people, clear out all weapons, create an arena, and turn the thousand warriors loose upon each other. Televise it world wide.

Then, abide by the results!

Seems to me there would be less carnage inside than out.
