It's really quite insane to think with such a dismal record of defending their own borders the French would embark on a plan of colonization in far flung Vietnam.

As insane perhaps as the De Gaulle machinations in Canada uni.ca

It seems you people will go to any lengths to impose your cuisine on another culture.
