Thanks, Ike, I also subscribe to Grant's. I actually picked up a little CP on Friday. Also, I'm looking at another Canadian company, Brascan (BNN). It has traded in a tight range this last year, but pays a dividend of over 5%. Forward P/E of 7.6 with a growth rate of over 17%. I'm still doing my DD, but the only downside appears to be that it is lightly traded. But I wonder why there would be such a large short interest relative to average daily volume.
