<<Keith, let me know when you bail out... I will buy, sorry / JW
>>

I hear ya JW....If I could do the opposite of everything I do, I'd be rich<ggg>

No offense intended, but I think there are alot more folks losing there ass this year then just me.....I may express it more, but stock prices speak for themselves.

Additionally, everywhere I go, the bulk of folks are saying the same things......"they just can't figure out this market".....It aint just me.

As far as rmbs....I had a bunch at $90 and have sold small amounts on the way down. So far, that hasn't been a bad decision as it keeps going down. I still hold a decent chunk and sure hope Volty is correct, but again, I dont think it's so odd of me to wonder about rmbs making that kind of move....I will welcome it with open arms...but still cant help but wonder....and trust me, I aint the only one....

I am outta here off to the inlaws to work on putting in a sprinkler system.

Have a great day

By they way JW, I love your ta and posts and love your humor...even when your poking fun at me and even when your being serious .....later

I've been "gone" a couple of weeks and am "a little behind" with my Inbox. In response to a post of mine you posed the question

LurqMan, do you expect capitulation to coincide with 6-8 month lag from the "sour spot" of the rate hikes???

as in 6-8 months from March-May ???
that would be Oct-December ???

For some of my current thoughts (FWIW) see

Message 14679144 (My previous post to RR.)

You could be right (as is said around here <gg>), but I currently believe the Capitulation phase of this bear correction will be a little further out in time. A question I have is what is the dispersion on that lag time - i.e. what is the probability that the lag could be 10 months?

Hope you are well ensconced in Clearwater for the season.
