ICN:

SIII as you know was recently involved in a horrible law suit over copyright of music. The frey over music over the web continues to be a thorn in SIII's side. They bought out DIMD some time ago. (I held DIMD at the time).

Chart wise the stock looks to move higher once it gets over the 50dMA, but IMO will only trade back and forth for some time until some of the overhead issues are resolved, ie; Napster and constant harassment by the copyright infringement suits filed by the recording industry.

ICN, you being a newbie and all, we'll excuse you this time, but you're supposed to tell us about stocks before
"they go boom."

SIII's earnings were well received, as you pointed out, due to the increased revenues. It went boom off a new 52 week low. Lots of volume included short covering, I'm sure. Oct. short position topped out at around 2.7 million shares.

SIII looks cool ICN. Take a look at the large block action on Fri. (not to mention the cash in the till and the book value for those FA inclined. Also scores high on PE and PS ratios.)
