Jimmy Carter was a very honorable man. However, I do agree with you a shortcoming was his Georgia mafia. He didn't go out and get the very best minds in the nation but selected people he knew and was comfortable with. I don't believe George W. Bush will make the same error. He has his eyes on Colon Powell, Condoleeza Rice, John McCain, Elizabeth Dole, General Schwartzkopf, John Kasich, and people like that. I don't think there will be a Texas mafia.
