There are both differences and similarities. Both dictate whether particular activities are legal or illegal. In this context, each limits how aggressive one may be when competing. Is checking one's competition into the boards a legitimate way to compete in track? What about in hockey? The difference is in the rules. A subtle point, but perhaps you can grasp it.

John, welcome back! I thought you just decided not to post until the market has turned! gg This market is killing me. Have done a few stunts with MSFT and INTC calls, but that barely covers the interest rates!
