Nope.

It means that AMD's chips are running hotter and hotter and hotter.

They may be able to run that hot, but AMD's brute force speed-at-any-cost has so far cost them the entire middle and high end of the mobile CPU market segment.

Of course, the heat sink and fan companies are very greatful.
