JimC: ROFLMAO Your recent post to JT re: manure and its source adds another description to his character. I've always seen him as the great complicator (of issues and facts). Now I see him equally qualified as the great defacator that he is.

Frankly, JimC, I don't think that you actually believed it when you said that you felt that NASDAQ had internally approved EDIG. In fact, you had no way of knowing. You knew that you didn't have a clue. You certainly implied that you had insider knowledge: "Within the last few days the listing officer completed a series of business reference checks on the company and was very satisfied with the results. " There was no qualification on that remark. It was stated as fact. I think that you wanted people to believe that you had inside information, and that you knew the outcome of the listing application. Of course, we knew that it wasn't true very quickly: "I expect the company to receive a formal listing notification within the next week. " Dated July 31... And this, of course, was patently false: "The listing is not in jeopardy by the current stock price."
