For some time I have suspected certain posters on this board to be employees of Datek. I see no reason to respond further to public messages regarding litigation against Datek. As for being slime, the broker's representative that did an extra year in jail, because I showed up at the plea bargain hearing to assist the local DA, would no doubt agree with you. A broker that paid my clients an average of 80% of there losses, after attorney fees and costs, would probably agree with you. (Not a class action, but individual claims of several investors joined for purposed of litigation.) A client, who didn't have to sell her house and borrow money from her son to live on, might not agree with you. Forgive me if I don't resort to name calling.
