Right now, unfortunately, the scenario has not changed, I always had a low late in February or early March next year, with a powerful summer rally starting probably late in spring and crusting in late July early August, and then another decline into October 2001. If we go here all the way to sub 3000, however, then there is a better chance that the late spring debacle would be the end of this bear move (historically we will probably call it the bear market of 3/2000 to 3/2001), particularly if it wrings the excesses from the naz completely (like bringing the naz all the way down to 1900 or so).
