To me, CHTR looks like it has just made a double top. askresearch.com It peaked over 19 in early October and again late in the month. On the first peak, RSI was markedly higher than on the second. Also the first peak was made on strong volume - not so strong for the second. Then there is that gap down on heavy volume followed by a couple up days on progressively lower volume. I could be wrong but looks to me like a drop back to the 14-15 level is likely in the near future. JMO Bruce
